Karen Daly is a retired Texas city manager who is the executive director of the Texas Women’s Leadership Institute. She loves spending her time preparing and empowering women to become city managers. You can also find her playing soccer or watching the U.S. Women’s National Team. She’s the mom of two grown feminists.
