Artem Khomishen

Artem leads an award-winning team at the California Department of Technology. With nearly 20 years in digital government work, he was instrumental in helping establish California’s first digital standard and community of practice. Artem oversees statewide initiatives and digital toolkits, helping California departments improve the delivery of digital services and information.
