Luke Fretwell

Luke Fretwell is the co-founder and CEO of ProudCity, a digital services platform for local governments. He is the maintainer of GovFresh, a media and labs project focused on the intersection of design, technology and democracy. He is also co-founder and maintainer of Civic Hacking Agency.
